Accounts Trainee

Location: Jerroms, Blythe Valley Park, Solihull

Contract type: Full time, permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Are you ready to take your first step into the world of accountancy? Jerroms offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join as Trainee Accountants. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a solid foundation in finance while gaining practical experience in a supportive, professional environment.

As part of this role, you’ll participate in a 12-month in-house Early Careers Training Programme designed to equip you with essential knowledge and skills for a successful accountancy career. Combining practical work with structured learning, the programme prepares you for professional studies such as ACCA, setting you on the path to qualification.
