A growing accountancy practice is looking to recruit an Accounts Technician, Senior into their Axminster office. Based in Axminster this accountancy practice acts for a wide ranging and varied client base of sole traders, partnerships, limited company OMBs, SMEs, not for profit/charity and other clients of varying sectors and turnover size. As a result of ongoing growth, an opportunity is available for the right Accounts Technician. Senior to join the team.
You will join the team as an Accounts Technician, Senior where you will take responsibility for the hands on provision of year end accounts preparation, tax, personal and corporate, VAT, bookkeeping and other services to a wide spectrum of clients. Alongside providing a quality compliance service, you will have opportunity for increasing client contact and responsibility looking to build relationships with clients. Given the growth in the business and structure of the firm, you will have opportunity to carve a long term career move, with a clear development and progression path on offer, along with full study support for those pursuing qualifications.
You may be any of: AAT qualified or studying, or have developed your career entirely through experience alone, or be pursuing ACCA, ACA or other qualifications. You will have a background working within the accountancy practice sector as an Accounts Technician, Senior Accountant, or similar level professional. You will bring a mix of year end accounts preparation, tax, bookkeeping and VAT compliance experience and be looking for a new challenging career move, where you can see a clear route to progress within a successful team and firm.
