Your new role
You will join a developing and highly successful accounts team as an Accounts Assistant / Technician, based in the firm's Gloucester offices. Your tasks will include the preparation of year-end financial and management accounts, accounting, VAT, and a wide range of additional obligations. You'll play a major role in this area of their business, with clear appraisal and development tracks to help you advance both technically and professionally as your career progresses.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be AAT qualified, or you may have built your career solely via experience up to this point. Most essential, you will have a career history in accountancy practice, working in any size firm of accountants with at least one to three/four years’ experience or more, at an Accounts Assistant / Technician level. Your previous experience will have included creating year-end accounts, management accounts, VAT, and providing additional services to a variety of clients. You'll be seeking a position with a leading firm of chartered accountants where you can advance your technical career while working for a larger firm.
