Job Description

As an Accounts Technician / Accounts Senior in the Newquay office, you will prepare year-end accounts, tax returns, and provide a variety of general practice services to a diverse client base. There will be opportunities to advise on cloud accounting, increase client exposure, and work with managers and partners on planning and advisory projects. The role offers scope for technical skill development and career progression within a growing firm, with support available for qualifications such as AAT, ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA, and encouragement to pursue areas of technical interest.

The Successful Applicant

Applicants should have recent experience in accounting, working in an independent firm of any size, with skills in preparing accounts, tax, and related services for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Candidates may be pursuing or hold qualifications like AAT or be finalists in ACCA, or have gained experience through their career. Study support is available for those undertaking qualifications.
