Job description

Accounts Administrator
Location: City Centre location
Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30pm

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused individual to step into a lovely team environment as their Accounts Administrator. Working in a modern,paperless accounts team supporting the wider business. You'll be working alongside two experienced colleagues in a close-knit environment where accuracy and care really matter. The best thing about this role, the right person with the great work ethic would be much preferred over years of experience.

What you’ll be trained to undertake:
  • You’ll be involved in a variety of admin and accounts tasks, including:

  • Entering payments and bank transactions

  • Assisting with bank reconciliations and VAT returns

  • Supporting with tenant invoicing and arrears tracking

  • Processing supplier invoices

  • Updating records for clients, tenants, and service charges

  • Handling emails and occasional calls from clients, tenants, and suppliers

What you’ll need:
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

  • Willingness to follow process and take instruction

  • Some experience in admin or office-based work

  • Basic awareness of accounts and money-handling (e.g., you’ve seen a bank reconciliation before, or understand what it is)

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured admin work in a supportive and organised environment. You don’t need to be an accounts expert, but a methodical approach and a willingness to learn are key.
