Are you an Accounts Senior Manager or Business Services Senior Manager, fully ACA Qualified with at least 4 years PQE, looking to upgrade to a modern and entrepreneurial West End based accountancy practice based in an easily accessible location? Are you looking to work for a medium size and rapidly growing firm which is one of the main firms in London that works with high profile Media, Entertainment, Film & TV clients (both corporate and HNW individuals)? Are you looking for a role which is mainly statutory accounts, tax and advisory based, that will also involve managing a portfolio of clients and being their main point of contact, managing workflow, managing staff, reviewing work and assisting with new business development?

If so, this growing accountancy practice firm based in a prime location in Zone 1 Central London is looking to recruit an ACA qualified Accounts Senior Manager / Business Services Senior Manager due to impressive growth over the last few years and winning new clients from larger firms. Your role will be varied and will include:

1. Managing your own portfolio of clients (including a mixture of corporate clients and individuals)
2. Reporting directly to Partner level
3. Liaising directly with all clients
4. Preparing statutory accounts from start to finish under both FRS 102 and FRS 105
5. Corporation tax returns and offering clients advice on how to improve their business
6. Working on various advisory and ad hoc client projects
7. Staff management duties and reviewing work

The role will mainly be review based but could include some hands-on work for larger and more complex assignments. You will work in a newly created role (due to massive growth over the last few years) that will provide you with many opportunities in the future including the chance to be promoted to a higher level in a short space of time. No experience of the client base is necessary although a strong interest in working with creative, media and Film & TV clients is essential.

To be considered for this newly created role (April 2025) you will be a qualified ACA with at least 4 years PQE and currently working for a UK based practice firm with experience of the above duties and operating either at Senior Manager level, or an experienced Manager looking to step up. You will either be working for a small or medium sized firm and looking to step up to a larger firm or you will already be working for a large practice and are looking to work in a more friendly firm with a better work-life balance and faster progression. Experience of a wide range of software packages would be an advantage but training will be provided if necessary. You must now be looking to upgrade to an entrepreneurial and modern boutique West End based accountancy firm which is one of the main firms in London which works with high profile Media, Entertainment, Creative, Film & TV clients. They offer hybrid working – 4 days in the office and 1 day from home plus flexi start / finish times. The atmosphere is casual, relaxed and friendly.
