Autograph Specialist Recruitment is seeking an Accounts & Tax Senior for a friendly practice based in Gloucestershire, with hybrid working options. You will handle a mix of accounts preparation and tax work for small businesses and individuals, supporting a small team and senior staff.

Applicants should have UK practice experience, a solid grounding in accounts preparation and tax compliance, and a keen eye for detail. ACA/ACCA study support is available to aid development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a UK accountancy practice is essential.
• Strong accounts preparation and/or tax compliance background.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
• Assisting with personal and corporate tax returns.
• Supporting senior staff and partners with client queries and compliance tasks.
• Taking on more responsibility as your skills develop.
