Job summary

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is assisting a growing UK accountancy practice to recruit an Accounts and Tax Senior in Stanmore. You will prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, and handle personal and corporate tax returns while assisting audits as needed.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of OMBs and review the work of junior staff, with ACCA qualifications or part-qualifications and strong communication skills shaping performance.

Qualifications

• ACCA qualification or part-qualification.
• Experience in a UK-based accountancy firm.
• Tax experience and audit exposure.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Our client, due to continued growth and expansion, is seeking to appoint an Accounts and Tax Senior to its existing team.

Duties for the Accounts and Tax Senior:

• prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
• prepare personal and corporate tax returns
• assist clients with Audits when required
• manage a portfolio of OMB's
• review work of junior menbers of staff

Experience for the Accounts and Tax Senior:

• ACCA qualified/ part qualified
• experience of working within a UK based accountancy firm
