Job summary

TPF Recruitment in Sevenoaks seeks an Accounts & Tax Manager (Partner Designate) to join a reputable chartered accountants firm. You will operate between Manager and Director level with a clear succession plan and progression prospects.

You will manage your own client portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and Ltd companies, primarily owner‑managed, with turnovers up to £100m, supervising a small team and coordinating with partners to deliver high‑quality accounts and tax services.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent.
• 5-10+ years in accountancy practice.
• Experience with accounts and tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own client portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and ltd companies.
• Oversee and review production of company accounts, financial statements, corporation tax and personal tax.
• Build strong relationships across all teams and managers.
• Liaise regularly with clients to maintain trusted partnerships.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
• Work with partners to ensure smooth running of the business.
• Opportunity to involve in business development/marketing as needed.
• Opportunity to get involved with audit work if interested.
