Job summary

We are looking for an Accounts Supervisor/Manager to join Verti Corporate Pte Ltd., where you'll play a key role in managing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs. We're seeking someone with exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.

Job Description

Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and documentation

Liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients effectively to address their accounting needs

Supervise and support junior team members, providing guidance and training

Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Identify process improvements and implement best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, ACCA, or a relevant discipline.

Minimum 3 years in client serving or Service provider industry

Bilingual proficiency to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients

Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, pro-active client servicing aptitude

Strong team player with positive working attitude, able to work independently and multi-task

Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application

Familiar with the use of accounting system. Example Xero, Sage, etc
