What you’ll need to have:

• Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or Qualified By Experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with client management within a chartered accountancy practice.
• Expertise in working with specialist, niche clients, understanding their unique challenges.
• Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
• Exceptional organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
