Job Title: Accounts Senior Job(Remote)
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Role duties & responsibilities of this Accounts Senior Job:

• Full responsibility for managing clients, which will be made up of individuals and small & medium sized businesses
• Communicate directly and maintain positive relationships with clients, as their first point of contact
• Management of a growing team of bookkeepers, including reviewing their work and managing intra-team relationships
• Reporting key information to Senior management
• Bookkeeping (predominantly via reviewing of work completed by others, and working through non-standard transactions)
• VAT return preparation and submission
• Preparation and Submission of monthly payrolls
• Preparation and submission of annual accounts and corporation tax returns
• Preparation and submission of self-assessment tax returns for individuals
• Preparation and submission of confirmation statements
• Tax planning, for individuals and companies
• Ad hoc financial reporting projects as and when required

The ideal candidate for this Accounts Senior Job:

• Holding a qualification for this role is required but also having hands on experience within a UK practice is just as important, as this role will be for someone who’s successfully built relationships and has managed their own portfolio of clients previously
• Dynamic, strong communication skills & adaptable
• Working knowledge of Xero, Dext,Hubdoc and BrightPay is advantageous
• Working knowledge of Client Engager software (can be trainable)
• Hold the right to work in the UK
