Puro Associates in Glasgow seeks an Accounts Senior to manage client accounts and deliver high-quality statutory accounts for a diverse client base. You will build strong relationships with clients and ensure timely, accurate financial work while supporting junior staff.

The role requires experience in accountancy practice, a strong technical accounting background, and a proactive, organised approach to workload management. Hybrid working option is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of practice experience.
• Strong experience preparing statutory accounts for a varied client base.
• Excellent client relationships and communication skills.
• Experience supporting or reviewing junior team members.
• Strong technical accounting background.
• Proactive approach with excellent organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.
• Manage a varied portfolio of clients across sectors.
• Build strong client relationships and act as trusted contact.
• Review financial information and ensure compliance with standards.
• Liaise with clients to provide proactive support and resolve queries.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to deliver client service.
• Ensure work is completed accurately within deadlines.
