Job summary

Insite Group in Halifax is seeking an Accounts Senior to manage a varied client portfolio across sectors, including sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and charities, preparing statutory accounts, corporation tax computations and VAT returns, while mentoring junior staff and supporting audits when required.

• ACA or ACCA qualification or near completion within UK practice.
• Experience preparing statutory accounts for various entity types.
• Good technical knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of accounts clients across sectors.
• Prepare statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and charities.
• Produce corporation tax computations and VAT returns.
• Build strong client relationships and act as day-to-day contact.
• Review junior staff work and mentor their development.
• Assist Managers with audits when needed and support advisory projects.
