Job description

Hazlewoods is proud to be one of the largest independent chartered accountants and business advisers in the Southwest, with over 550 dedicated professionals across Gloucestershire, Bristol, and Cardiff.

Our growing Healthcare team is looking to recruit an Associate on a full or part time basis. This is a diverse sector; we act for care providers, including individual care homeowners, corporate groups, not-for-profit organisations and private equity

You will be responsible for assisting the managers in supporting a portfolio of clients including companies, partnerships and sole practitioners,.

The role will include:

  • Overseeing the planning, preparation and completion of annual accounts and corporation tax computations
  • Building and maintaining client relationships and mentoring and assisting with the development of the team

Requirements

  • ACCA/ACA qualified with strong technical knowledge and UK corporation tax knowledge
  • Experience with Excel, Xero and Sage
  • Ideally experience working in a practice environment with a portfolio of clients

The team are based in beautiful offices in central Cheltenham.
