TC Group in Farnham is seeking an Accounts Senior/Assistant Manager to deliver high-quality accounting services for a varied client portfolio, review statutory accounts and tax returns, and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Practice experience.
• ACCA/ACA/AAT qualified.
• Impeccable organisational skills.
• Strong background in accounts and corporation tax preparation.
• Confidently build rapport with clients.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• A commitment to delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Review year end accounts and sign off with Director/Manager input.
• Review corporation tax returns prepared by junior staff.
• Provide general advisory support and answer software questions.
• Manage workflow of accounts preparation and planning to meet deadlines.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices.
• Correspond with clients by email and phone to resolve questions on accounts.
• Support ad hoc client-driven projects.
