We are seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join our clients team in Walsall. You will prepare financial statements, manage bookkeeping, and guide junior staff. Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality service are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Statements: Compile from client records and complete supporting schedules.
• Bookkeeping: Perform regular tasks, prepare VAT returns, and management accounts.
• Work Planning: Participate in assignment planning.
• Team Guidance: Mentor junior staff and delegate tasks.
• Client Queries: Follow up and manage assignment progress.
• Assignment Management: Take ownership, coordinate services, and plan internal reviews.
• Client Meetings: Travel as needed and occasional overtime.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role.
• Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified or studying. QBE considered.
• Service Quality: Passionate about high-quality service.
