Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Annual Bonus and pension

Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire

Part-Qualified or QBE Accounts Senior (16-35 Hours per Week, flexible on days and for right person)

About the Role

We re looking for an experienced Accounts Senior to support our Director, and to help lead and oversee the team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing work prepared by the team
• Assisting in the preparation and review of accounts and tax computations for SMEs, partnerships, sole traders, LLPs, and charities
• Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns
• Client on-boarding, and training

You ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality service and supporting our team s development.

As client growth is central to our mission, we re seeking someone who s also enthusiastic about helping to grow the business through networking, events, and building our online presence.

Terms & Benefits

Flexible Hours: 16 Minimum hours per week; working days/hours are negotiable for the right candidate

• Holidays: 30 days including bank holidays (pro-rata)
• Salary: From £35,000+ pro rata, depending on experience
• Pension: Included
• This is an office based role due to making client relationships, although hybrid working may be offered in the future with the right candidate
