TPF recruitment. Kent’s leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is supporting a fantastic firm of chartered accountants based in Ashford in their recruitment for an Accounts Senior. Our client boasts a great working environment with a very experienced and friendly team.

They have seen great growth over the last 5 years and are now looking to recruit an additional Accounts Senior into their team.

You will be exposed to a wide range of businesses from large corporates through to not-for-profit organisations. You will have lots of responsibility but will also be offered an excellent work life balance too.

The business will support you if you’re studying, and there are excellent progression prospects on offer to become a manager and even a director/ partner in the future!

Duties will include:

• Preparing accounts and tax returns.
  
• Supporting with management accounts.
  
• Working with a mixed client portfolio.
  
• Managing workloads and deadlines.
  
• Helping review work and assisting more junior members of staff
  

Requirements

Accounts Senior Ashford

• ACA or ACCA qualified or nearly qualified
  
• 3+ years of practice experience
  
• Be up-to-date with technical knowledge including any recent changes
  
• Computer literate - good excel, word and accounting software experience

Requirements
You will be ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience with at least 3 years experience within practice. You will have worked as Semi Senior or Senior accountant within practice Experience of Iris and cloud software such as Xero/ Quickbooks would be advantageous
