Job summary

Vaisto Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Accounts Semi-Senior role based in Preston. You will join a supportive team and gain exposure to year-end accounting, VAT, bookkeeping advice, and audit support while progressing in a general practice environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years' UK general practice experience
• AAT qualified or in later stages or QBE
• Interest in accounting and developing in practice
• Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Good teamworking skills and motivation

Responsibilities

• Work with senior team to deliver excellent client service
• Prepare year-end accounts for a range of clients
• Prepare and complete quarterly VAT returns, including MTD processes
• Assist on audit assignments and support the wider audit process
• Provide bookkeeping support and assist with management accounts as needed
