ProTalent is supporting a reputable mid-tier accountancy practice in Weybridge, Surrey, in recruiting an Accounts Semi Senior. You will prepare financial statements, assist with tax compliance, and deliver strong client service across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• AAT qualification in progress or ACA/ACCA progress.
• X+ years' experience in an accountancy practice with solid accounting knowledge.
• Understanding of UK GAAP and taxation basics.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and management accounts.
• Assist with tax compliance including VAT and corporation tax.
• Gather client information and ensure accuracy of records.
• Use accounting software to maintain client records.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and improve processes.
• Keep up to date with accounting regulations and tax laws.
