Role Description

You will support Directors and Portfolio Managers by delivering high-quality audit and accounts services, managing diverse client portfolios, ensuring compliance, and providing expert advice. This role offers excellent career development opportunities within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Represent Xeinadin to clients, ensuring high standards and innovative solutions.
2. Communicate effectively with clients, providing professional advice and maintaining high customer service standards.
3. Complete audit and accounts work to the highest standards, meeting deadlines and regulatory requirements.
4. Collaborate with senior team members to meet client deliverables within timelines and budgets.
5. Contribute to team activities and workflow improvements.
6. Engage in continuous professional development to maintain technical knowledge and CPD compliance.
7. Prepare accurate financial accounts for clients, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
8. Handle tax computations as part of account preparation.
9. Assist in planning and executing audits, supporting senior team members throughout.
10. Support and guide junior team members in their development.

Minimum Requirements

• Part ACA/ACCA/AAT qualified or equivalent, or actively working towards qualification.
• Experience in accountancy practice, especially in accounts preparation and audit.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
