Accounts Semi Senior Opportunity – Redditch | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Are you looking to advance your career as an Accounts Semi Senior? A growing firm of Chartered Accountants in Redditch is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join their dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse client base and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare year-end accounts for a range of clients including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies

Assist in the preparation of management accounts, VAT returns, and corporation tax computations

Provide bookkeeping support and maintain accurate financial records for clients

Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and provide advice on accounting matters

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and deadlines

Support senior staff in audits and other accounting tasks as required

Candidate Requirements:

AAT Qualified or Part Qualified ACA/ACCA

Prior experience working in an accountancy practice is essential

Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax computations

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Excellent communication and organizational skills
