As Accounts Semi Senior, you will assist in year-end accounts, VAT returns, and management accounts while liaising with clients and senior team members to ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Current experience within an accountancy practice with grounding across accounts preparation and tax.
• You will be organised, accurate and confident communicating with clients, with the ability to manage a varied workload and work effectively as part of a busy team.
• AAT, ACA or ACCA studies would be advantageous, with support available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts and financial statements for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
• Assisting with personal and corporate tax returns.
• Completing VAT returns and bookkeeping assignments.
• Supporting the preparation of management accounts.
• Working with clients to obtain information and resolve day-to-day queries.
• Developing positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

As Accounts Semi Senior, your responsibilities will include:

• - Working with clients to obtain information and resolve day-to-day queries

• - Working closely with senior team members to ensure assignments are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines

The successful Accounts Semi Senior will:

Have current experience gained within an accountancy practice, with a good grounding across accounts preparation and tax.

You'll be organised, accurate and confident communicating with clients, with the ability to manage a varied workload and work effectively as part of a busy team. AAT, ACA or ACCA studies would be advantageous, with support available for the right candidate.
