What You'll Do:

As our Accounts Receivables Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Invoice Management: Prepare, send, and follow up on customer invoices.
  2. Payment Processing: Record and apply payments accurately.
  3. Account Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies.
