Job Description

What you will enjoy doing

• Taking ownership of Germany Accounts Receivable Ledger, covering Ratingen & Wiggensbach in this hybrid role
• Managing collections of country receivables
• Setting up new customers
• Reporting weekly debtor data: bad debt, actual and projected
• Managing month-end close and completing reconciliations with accounts receivable and general ledger
• Performing and assessing credit lines
• Holding debtor aging meetings with local customer service, sales, and finance teams to discuss customer status and provide support
• Uploading GL data weekly

What makes you great

• Previous experience as a Finance professional
• Proficiency in German
• Accounting qualification
• Strong communication, customer service, business partnering, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Experience in managing customer ledgers (advantageous)
• Ability to multi-task and meet key month-end targets and deadlines
