JOB ROLE: Accounts Receivable Clerk - Immediate Start

HOURS: Monday - Friday (Full Time)

SALARY: £15 per hour

LOCATION: Hook

Office Angels are partnering with a well-known client who is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk. This is a temporary opportunity at the moment.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Managing the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer accounts.
3. Communicating with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
4. Generating regular reports on receivables and aging accounts.
5. Collaborating with the accounting team to support month-end closing activities.
6. Assisting in the implementation of efficient processes to enhance cash flow.

Skills, experience, and attributes required:

1. Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. A proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
