What you'll do

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
  2. Updating the cashbook daily and performing bank reconciliations
  3. Preparing bank lodgements and direct debit files
  4. Issuing invoices, credit notes, and customer statements
  5. Monitoring and following up on outstanding customer balances
  6. Resolving discrepancies and reconciling customer accounts
  7. Maintaining records of all payment and credit communications
  8. Setting up new customers and maintaining the customer master file
  9. Assisting with month-end closing procedures
  10. Providing flexible support with other duties as required
About you

If you have previous experience as an Accounts Assistant or Sales Ledger Assistant and possess:

  1. Strong accounts administration experience
  2. Excellent organisational and communication skills
  3. The ability to meet deadlines consistently
  4. A strong team-working ability
