Job Title: Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst, 12 Month FTC

Warner Music’s EMEA Shared Service Centre is the home to the financial, tax and administrative functions that provide critical support and best-in-class services to our European Recorded Music and Publishing businesses. Your role:
The Order to Cash (OTC) Analyst will manage daily Accounts Receivable (A/R) billing function. They will develop and execute continuous process improvements to streamline order-to-cash process.
Here you’ll get to:
Complete standard invoice requests, ensuring accuracy regarding AR and Revenue coding
Complete credit notes and allocate as required
Facilitate monthly A/R close process
Query incomplete or inaccurate billing requests, liaising with the labels and business units to ensure timely resolution
Process dispute/deduction adjustments and write-off balances
Manage SOX controls on a daily basis and assist with month end controls reporting
Provide support to the OTC Team as a whole to ensure full team coverage, including cash collection tasks, customer query dispute, and any other task deemed necessary by the OTC Manager
Assist with credit control team if required
About you:
1+ years of experience in accounting role with high volume of transaction processing in financial ERP
Understanding of internal controls, indirect taxes, and service desk operations desired
Strong work-ethic and a self-starter who proactively seeks out new solutions
Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects working well under pressure
Detail oriented

Knowledge of SAP, ERPs, and S/4HANA
