Responsibilities

• Process and manage incoming payments, ensuring accurate and timely recording.
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Generate and distribute invoices to clients promptly.
• Assist in resolving payment discrepancies and customer queries.
• Support the preparation of regular financial reports for internal use.
