Qualifications

• Sales Ledger background and familiarity with ledgers.
• Ability to reconcile balances and investigate discrepancies carefully.
• Organised approach to managing financial documentation.
• Proficient with Excel (intermediate level).
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing account data.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts receivable records and ensure transactions are posted and allocated.
• Monitor payment discrepancies, over-payments, and unidentified receipts.
• Maintain financial logs, ledgers, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Process and record incoming payments accurately and promptly.
• Generate and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date customer accounts and reconcile transactions.
• Communicate with sites regarding payment queries and statuses.
• Support invoicing and administrative process improvements.
