Right now we’re looking for a Accounts Receivable Assistant to play a key role in our Finance Team in London.If that’s you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading. Sounds great, what will I be doing?

As our Accounts Receivable Assistantyou’llbe responsible for preparing and submitting customer invoices, as well as managing the accounts receivable (AR) inbox to ensure timely and effective communication. You will liaise with sales account owners and clients to resolve any billing queries and maintain a consistent billing schedule to meet monthly targets.

Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate AR files and records, sending client debt reminder emails, posting incoming payments, and reconciling the AR ledger to ensure all payments are correctly recorded. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of internal processes to drive greater efficiency and accuracy.

It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.

What do I need to bring with me?

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for:

Excellent communication and organizational skills at all levels
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Confidence in working with large and sometimes complex datasets
Working knowledge of SAP Business One, preferable
Working knowledge of Salesforce
