Cardiff Metropolitan University is looking for a Credit Control Assistant to support students through their financial journey. The role requires excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Excel, and a commitment to providing an exceptional student experience. Working as part of the University Credit Control team, you will assist the Credit Controller and Deputy Credit Controller in dealing with, and resolving, queries from our student body, approved sponsors, and trade debt.
Supporting students through their interaction with Student Finance and Cardiff Met’s own payment schemes, you will apply a methodical approach to guide our service users to a satisfactory conclusion.
You will be an enthusiastic and friendly professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a commitment to providing an excellent student experience.
