FBC UK is seeking an AR support specialist to join our transactional team in Batley. The role focuses on accurate cash allocation and timely logging and crediting of customer claims within company parameters. You will manage discrepancy logging in Service Cloud, assist with weekly billing sweeps and mailbox administration.

Experience with SAP is preferred, and full training will be provided. Strong numeracy and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

This is a key support role within our transactional team working in AR. The main purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and timely cash allocation and that customer claims are logged and credited within company parameters. Main Responsibilities

• Cash allocation - timely and accurate allocation of customer receipts
• Discrepancy management - logging claims onto Service Cloud claims system and ensuring valid claims are credited and matched off against customer deductions.
• Weekly billing sweeps and ensuring that automatic billing runs are executed correctly.
• Mailbox management and distribution
• General administration duties to support the AR function.

• Microsoft office (Excel/word/outlook)
• SAP experience preferred but full training will be provided
