Richard Irvin, an RSK Group company, is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team based in Aberdeen, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Our team includes engineers, operations staff, project managers, and compliance specialists who tailor their services to meet our clients' needs. We have extensive experience in advising and leading FM contracts and projects across both public and private sectors throughout the UK.

Responsibilities:

1. Raising and posting sales invoices within the finance system.
2. Issuing sales invoices with necessary backup to customers promptly.
3. Entering sales invoice data into client portals.
4. Assisting with customer queries alongside Operations Teams.
5. Handling external calls as needed.
6. Supporting the accounting team on an ad hoc basis.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Self-motivated with the ability to organize work independently.
2. Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable.
3. Good time management skills with a flexible approach.
4. Attention to detail to produce accurate and timely work.
5. Effective team player with good interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in computer use and software, with good keyboard skills.
