Responsibilities
- Managing customer invoicing, payments, and outstanding balances
- Recording and reconciling transactions in our accounting system
- Investigating discrepancies and resolving issues promptly
- Applying payments and credit memos to the right accounts
- Supporting intercompany invoicing and account reconciliation
- Monitoring accounts receivable aging and assisting with collections
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Working with colleagues and customers to negotiate payment terms when required
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years' experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or Cash Management
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
- Confident using Excel and accounting/ERP software
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
