As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable function, managing a small team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily operations of the Accounts Payable team.
2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable data, such as supplier invoices, supplier statements, and credit notes processed by an outsourced SSC.
3. Monitor and improve AP processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
4. Handle and audit staff expense claims, ensuring compliance with company travel policy.
5. Oversee supplier account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
6. Support audits and provide required documentation and reports.
7. Train, mentor, and develop AP staff to achieve high performance.
