SF Partners in Cradley Heath, Birmingham, is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for a new ongoing temporary opportunity starting in early November. The role is office-based with potential for long-term progression and a flexible may suit four days a week.

You will manage day-to-day purchase ledger activities, match invoices to purchase orders, resolve supplier queries, prepare remittance payments and reconcile supplier accounts.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in Purchase Ledger role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent data entry and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Day to day running of the Purchase Ledger
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Deal with any invoice queries and resolve discrepancies on supplier accounts
• Collating payment spreadsheet for authorisation
• Sending out remittances
• Reconcile supplier accounts
• Respond to supplier queries and requests for information
