RG Consultancy is partnering with an engineering company in Burnley to find an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their small, friendly team. This role supports the Accounts Payable Manager and involves:

• Processing invoices accurately
• Matching and coding invoices via 3-way match
• Preparing weekly payment runs
• Reconciliations of accounts payable accounts
• Reviewing aged accounts payable reports weekly
• Setting up new clients and updating details
• Supporting month-end closing processes
• Performing ad-hoc duties as needed
