Job summary

PDSA is seeking a dedicated Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our fast-paced Finance team in a hybrid role. You will handle invoice processing, expenses, and supplier payments with accuracy and attention to detail.

In this position you will reconcile supplier statements, respond to supplier queries, and maintain robust records. Prior experience and an AAT-style qualification are advantageous, with opportunities to grow within a charity that supports pets and people.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchase ledger or accounts processing.
• Able to process invoices, payments and expenses accurately.
• Clear and professional communicator with supplier queries.
• Organised with ability to plan and prioritise tasks.
• Experience with Excel/Word advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and expenses and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare supplier payment runs and reconcile supplier statements.
• Investigate discrepancies in supplier accounts and resolve queries.
• Respond to supplier and internal queries with timely, accurate information.
