Peel Ports is hiring an Accounts Payable Assistant in Liverpool to support the delivery of AP activities within our Finance shared service. You will process invoices, support payment runs, manage approvals and help resolve supplier queries, while assisting with reconciliations and month-end tasks.

The role involves collaborating with Finance, Procurement and the wider business to ensure timely supplier payments and robust controls. Previous SAP experience and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an Accounts Payable environment and handling large volumes of transactions.
• Knowledge of supplier invoices, payment runs, and supplier reconciliations.
• Familiarity with AP processes, controls, and approval workflows.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, with good organisational skills.
