Responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing supplier invoices and credits.
• Collaborating with Supply Chain to resolve invoice queries.
• Reconciling supplier statements.
• Building professional relationships with suppliers’ finance teams.
• Preparing payment runs and allocating Direct Debit payments.
• Fulfilling other duties as required by the manager.
