Job summary

PrettyGreen, the Global Fame Makers, is seeking an organised Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team in a fast-moving creative agency environment. You’ll own the AP process end-to-end from supplier onboarding to payments, working with production, experiential, influencer, PR and creative teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable within an agency, media, production or project-based business.
• Strong understanding of AP process from supplier setup to payment.
• Experience supporting purchase orders, expenses, reconciliations and supplier payments.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confidence communicating with different teams across the business.
• Proactive mindset and ability to problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier invoices accurately with correct coding, approvals and PO matching.
• Own the AP ledger ensuring it remains accurate and up to date.
• Support supplier onboarding and maintain supplier records.
• Handle supplier queries professionally and build internal/external relationships.
• Support payment runs and ensure on-time supplier payments.
• Raise and manage purchase orders within our finance systems.
• Assist with month-end processes and reporting.
