Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Administration role.
  • Knowledge of Purchasing or Workflow systems.
  • Computer literate, particularly in Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Entry of purchase invoices onto the ERP system using Ephesoft software.
  • Manage supplier accounts and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Prepare accounts for payment runs and maintain supplier accounts.

Working from our Portadown Office, your attention to detail and ability to process high volumes of transactions will ensure that our suppliers are paid accurately and on time. You will have excellent problem-solving and time management skills, work well independently or as part of a team, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Entry of purchase invoices/credits onto the ERP system and using Ephesoft scanning software.
  • Manage supplier accounts and answer queries.
  • Supplier statements and GRNI reconciliations, including efficient resolution of differences.
  • Reconcile unallocated payments in a timely manner.
  • Maintenance of supplier accounts.
  • Prepare accounts for payment runs.
  • Liaise with colleagues at sites to resolve queries.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within the agreed timelines.
What we are looking for:
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Administration role.
  • Knowledge & previous experience of Purchasing or Workflow systems.
  • Experience of working in a busy high-volume environment.
  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Thorough and meticulous with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with a 'can-do' attitude.
