A global travel company is looking for an AP specialist to come in for 2-3 months

Your new company

A global travel company is looking for an AP specialist to join their team for 2-3 months to assist with a backlog. They need a driven candidate who is happy to deal with lots of manual processes.

Your new role

You will be fulfilling the following duties:

1. Processing invoices (approx. 400 per month) for 2 entities
2. No PO system in place so very manual
3. Investigating legacy queries and POs
4. Processing expenses, expenses review (10-20 reports a month)
5. Queries and disputes are dealt with through an external help desk (ticketed system)

What you'll need to succeed

1. You MUST have experience working with manual PO processes, investigating historical data etc.
2. Experience with multiple currencies desired.
