Description

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments in line with company policies.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and address any discrepancies effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions within the accounting system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment or invoicing queries.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Prepare reports on accounts payable activities as required by management.
  • Assist in month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable.
  • Support ad hoc accounting and finance projects as needed.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have:
