Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• End-to-end accounts payable responsibilities
• Executing supplier payments
• Reviewing and maintaining the PO process
• Entering invoices and ensuring approvals before payment runs
• Supporting credit control activities
• Assisting the team and adhering to policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience in accounts payable, including executing supplier payments
• Proficiency in IT, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills for liaising at various levels
• Ability to work effectively in challenging environments
