Job summary

Extension Recruitment partners with a global engineering business to recruit an Accounts Payable Receivable professional in Newcastle upon Tyne, with flexibility for nearby Blyth. This role offers varied responsibilities within the finance team and scope to contribute to cash flow and month-end activities.

You will own the day-to-day accounting, manage supplier payments, raise invoices, and support credit control, while collaborating closely with colleagues across finance functions.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Payable Receivable to join a global engineering business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while playing a key role within a collaborative finance team.

The Role

As an Accounts Payable Receivable, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control and supplier payments, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time.
