Forge Talent Limited is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Manager / Indirect Costs Manager on a 9-month contract with hybrid working and onsite parking. You will lead a small AP team, manage indirect spend processes, ensure accurate invoicing, and drive process improvements across multiple entities.

Strong ERP and data analytics experience are essential for success. The role requires effective stakeholder management, a proactive approach to compliance, and the ability to deliver timely

Qualifications

• Experience leading an Accounts Payable team (3+ staff) in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong understanding of P2P processes and invoice workflow controls.
• Exposure to e-invoicing or reporting compliance models (EMEA/global).
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Indirect Costs/Accounts Payable team on daily outputs and performance.
• Oversee indirect purchase invoices, credit notes, and payment workflows.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and supplier term adherence.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for productivity, accuracy, ageing and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvements, automations and ERP transitions.
