Founded in October 2007, Tortilla is the UK's largest fast-casual Mexican restaurant group, offering high-quality, affordable, and freshly prepared California-style Mexican cuisine.

Our founders, Brandon and Jen Stephens, identified a market gap for authentic, fun, and affordable fast-casual Mexican food in the UK. We uphold authenticity by avoiding onsite freezers and maintaining high ingredient standards.

With over 65 restaurants across the UK, and locations in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and France, we offer dine-in, takeout, click & collect, and delivery options through partnerships with leading platforms.
